Head distiller and chemistry whizz, perfecting our processes and flavour profiles. Educated in all things distilling at Herriot-Watt University.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

One of the hardest working members of Pleasant Land Distillery, getting stuck in to every aspect of our operation, from project management to sourcing raw materials.

OFFICE MANAGER

An oasis of calm, Colin is our behind-the-scenes wizard who keeps stocks stocked and projects progressing in an organised fashion. With a PhD in linguistics, he keeps all lines of communication open!
